A US bankruptcy court has approved the $9bn restructuring of John Fredriksen's drillship company Seadrill.
The Oslo-listed owner said the reorganisation plan had been confirmed in the southern district of Texas.
The scheme has near-unanimous support from stakeholders and emergence from Chapter 11 is expected within the next 60 to 90 days.
