Canada's CSL Group is used to strict pollution rules, as it operates in some of the toughest environmental regimes for shipping.
So as the IMO readies limits on shipping's greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions, the shipowner is already on the path to meeting those measures.
CSL is "committed to annual GHG reductions and is advocating for an IMO-set industry goal for curbing GHG", the Montreal-based company said in its last corporate sustainability report.
