A Singapore-controlled bulker has been damaged in a fire possibly caused by cigarettes dumped by passing fishermen in Indonesia, state oil company Pertamina said.
A leak of oil on the water at Balikpapan was ignited on 31 March, it told the Jakarta Post.
The blaze reached the 82,000-dwt Ever Judger (built 2014), which was anchored nearby.
