The Louisiana Offshore Oil Port (LOOP) says it pulled off a second loading of a very large crude carrier (VLCC) as US crude exports remain well above 1 million barrels per day.

LOOP, a joint venture of Shell, Valero and Marathon Petroleum, only said "the vessel was fully loaded and sailed in March 2018." LOOP did not identify the vessel, but market sources confirm the 297,395-dwt Nave Photon (built 2008) took the second cargo.
