Greek owner Times Navigation is seeking to add three kamsarmax bulkers to its fleet but the deal is proving complex to wrap up.
Times Navigation has been the highest bidder in an auction race last week for the 81,600-dwt Ocean Virgo (built 2012), the 81,700-dwt Ocean Scorpio and the 81,500-dwt Ocean Libra (both built 2013), several market sources say.
