A group of ex-GC Rieber workers have lost a court case they launched against the company after it liquidated a crewing subsidiary.
The 17 former staff had started legal action against GC Rieber Crewing (GCRC) and GC Rieber Shipping (GCRS).
The hearing was held at Bergen District Court between 30 October and 1 November last year.
Rieber said on Wednesday that the court has now decided in its favour.
