Shipowners will face even more environmental rules in the coming years, even as they still grapple with ballast water and upcoming fuel rules, says the vice commandant of the US Coast Guard.
Vice Admiral Charles Ray says the US Coast Guard says it will be one of the key watchdogs in making sure shipowners comply with the International Maritime Organisation's rules on limiting sulphur emissions.
