Oslo-listed MPC Container Ships has bought the last vessel owned by Reederei Alnwick Harmstorf.
The tonnage-hungry owner said it had agreed to acquire the 1,350-teu Francoise Gilot (ex MOL Asante, built 2005) for $6.6m.
It will be renamed AS Franziska.
Harmstorf reportedly paid $38m for the vessel in 2008.
