Norway's Odfjell has posted a big jump in fourth quarter earnings after selling its Singapore tank terminals business.
The Oslo-listed chemical tanker owner said net profit was $96.4m, against $43.5m a year ago.
The result reflected "a challenging chemical tanker market with some seasonal improvements", it added, but the terminals sector improved slightly compared to the third quarter.
The figure for 2017 includes a capital gain of $136m from offloading the Singapore terminal operation for $150m, as well as impairments of $43m.
