Sea Trucks Group has offload four DP3-rated accommodation and construction vessels as part of its restructuring efforts.
The Dutch group said the Jascon 25 (built 2009) , Jascon 28 (built 2007), Jascon 31 (built 2010) and the Jascon 34 (built 2014) had been transferred to a new owner by bondholder appointed receivers.
The disposal of the DP3-rated vessels will reduce the debt owed by the Sea Trucks group under its secured bonds by $215m.
