Danish owner DFDS is boosting Baltic capacity with a new order for ro-paxes in China.
Two 4,500-lane-metre, 600-passenger vessels will be delivered in the first and third quarters of 2021 from CSSC's Guangzhou Shipyard International in Nansha.
They will cost about DKK 1.8bn ($296.5m) in total, it said.
Both ships are planned to be deployed on one of the routes connecting Lithuania with either Sweden or Germany.
