Kjell Inge Rokke-backed Ocean Yield has joined the ranks of Norwegian VLCC owners following a leaseback deal with Kyklades Maritime.
The deal, announced on Saturday, could soon be followed by a debut dry cargo transaction for Ocean Yield, TradeWinds is told.
Oslo-listed Ocean Yield has bought the four VLCCs the Greek owner has on order at Hyundai Heavy Industries.
