Braemar Shipping Services retains major growth ambitions over the coming years to follow on from two significant transactions during the past four months.
London-listed Braemar entered the finance business with an initial €24m ($28.6m) purchase of NAVES Corporate Finance last October and entered the dry cargo futures arena with the £4.8m ($6.7m) acquisition of Atlantic Brokers Holding last Friday.
Executives at the shipbroking group said it would now take time to digest the acquisitions but expansion remained on the agenda.
