Braemar Shipping Services has landed its second acquisition in four months with the takeover of Atlantic Brokers Holdings.
London-listed Braemar’s swoop for the physical and financial coal brokerage follows on from a move into the finance market with the purchase of NAVES Corporate Finance in October last year.
