India's Seven Islands Shipping appears to have moved quickly to secure tanker tonnage to serve a new IOC contract.
Brokers report it has acquired the 46,000-dwt MR Ashland (built 2000) from Union Maritime of the UK for an undisclosed sum.
Both companies have been contacted for comment.
