Latvian Shipping Company (LSC) has expanded its managed fleet in a deal with Sargeant Marine of the US.
The Vitol-owned company said it had taken on the 37,000-dwt Asphalt Synergy (built 2018) at the start of this year.
Vitol has 97% of LSC and agreed to buy 50% of Sargeant in 2015. The US company is listed with four other tankers.
