UK P&I club manager Thomas Miller has made a move into a new sector with the acquisition of leading marine technical and surveying consultancy Brookes Bell.
The news is confirmation of a deal uncovered by TradeWinds in December.
Brookes Bell has offices in Liverpool, London, Glasgow, Shanghai, Hong Kong and Singapore.
It specialises in emergency response, casualty investigation, salvage and wreck removal operations, scientific cargo expertise, forensic engineering and expert witness services.
