London’s Baltic Exchange is teaming up with four shipbrokers to develop a new LNG Index to meet the needs of a growing spot market in the sector.
Working with shipbrokers Affinity (Shipping), Braemar ACM, Clarksons and Simpson Spence Young the exchange has set up the Baltic LNG Panellists Group.
Various routes are currently being evaluated by this group and their proposals will be presented to the Baltic Index Council for approval.
