Norwegian oil major Statoil has fixed three platform supply vessels (PSVs) on term charters for a pipe-carrying job.
SolstadFarstad's 6,400-dt Normand Skipper (built 2005) was booked at NOK 100,000 ($12,300) per day, while Bourbon's 4,700-dwt Bourbon Sapphire (built 2008) and Troms Offshore's 4,900-dwt Troms Sirius (built 2012) will receive NOK 95,000, broker Westshore said.
This compares to NOK 55,000 in the spot market.
