Maritime Strategies International (MSI) managing director Mike Payne is stepping down from the London-based research consultancy after nearly 30 years at its helm.
Payne is set to leave at the end of March next year and will be succeeded by Adam Kent, who has been at MSI for more than 15 years.
MSI has undergone a period of growth under Payne with company headcount doubling to 24 in the past three years as the firm has expanded its turnover and sector coverage.
