A decision by the Britannia protection-and-indemnity club to open an office in Greece has left the country’s government hungry for more such moves, in the hope that the nation can draw other maritime service companies to Piraeus amid the Brexit shakeup.
“The move bears testament to the dynamic ascent of Piraeus,” Greek shipping minister Panagiotis Kouroublis says in a statement.
