V Group and Clipper have inked a ship management deal for bulkers.
The agreement sees V Group unit Dania Ship Management move into the dry cargo arena after being formed in June to operate vessels for Nordic Tankers.
It has formed a partnership with Clipper Group's Clipper Fleet Management (CFM).
The deal includes the transfer of 28 shore-based employees and around 1,000 seafarers to Dania.
