Russia's United Shipbuilding Corp (USC) is looking for new partners for its Arctech Helsinki Shipyard in Finland.
The state holding company is planning to sell a stake of more than 50% in the yard, according to the Kauppalehti daily, which cited Yevgeny Zagorodniy, head of USC’s commercial shipbuilding operations.
The disposal is reportedly due to western sanctions against Russia.
These measures are preventing western banks from financing cruiseships at Arctech.
