South Korea’s Pan Ocean has ordered six VLOC newbuildings, the company has confirmed in a regulatory filing.
The Seoul-based shipowner said it is paying around KRW 483.2bn ($444m) for the six ships, which equates to around $74m per vessel.
Pan Ocean said it expects to take delivery of the vessels between December 2019 and September 2021.
