An Indian high court has ordered the auction of a bulker in a case involving National Bank of Greece.
Bombay high court has directed the sheriff to sell the 43,000-dwt Theoxenia (built 1997), which is currently lying at Kakinada.
National Bank of Greece is the plaintiff in the case.
Bids must be in by 28 November.
The vessel is open to inspection this month.
