Saudi Arabia's Bihar International, the tanker outfit formerly known as Bakri Navigation,almost exclusively focused on its domestic market until early this year, when it opened a commercial office in Dubai.
Today, only three of its 28 vessels are working in the Saudi Arabian market. The rest of the ships now trade internationally.
The Dubai office now handles the commercial management of Bihar's entire fleet and is led by Captain Sukhdip Randhawa, who joined the outfit six years ago following stints at OMI Corp, Torm and Bernhard Schulte.
