Royal Caribbean Cruises has beaten Street forecasts for the third quarter despite taking a hit from hurricanes that hit the US and Caribbean this summer.
The Miami-based cruiseship owner reported earnings of $752.8m for the quarter, up from $693.3m in the same period last year.
As a result, the New York-listed company said it posted "record third quarter results" of $3.49
