Diana Containerships is named in two class action lawsuits brought by aggrieved investors.
They allege the boxship owner and Kalani Investments wiped out much of the equity value in the company through a series a dilutive share issuances and subsequent reverse splits.
The allegations in the lawsuits, which were filed in October, mirror claims made in round of other lawsuits that were filed this summer against DryShips and its equity sales to Kalani.
