Tailwind of Bergen is selling its two car carriers to Zodiac Maritime as the Norwegian owner continues to pull back from shipping.
The 6,500-ceu Morning Cello and Morning Cornet (both built 2007) have been sold for $38m each to the London-headquartered shipowner.
Some suggest the price is being influenced by long-term charters on the pair to Eukor Car Carriers, which has had the ships on contract since they were newbuildings.
