Japanese giant NYK has completed a deal to take over a joint-venture shipowning company with compatriot Eneos Ocean Corp.
The Tokyo-listed group said it is spending about ¥76bn ($508m) after acquiring 80% of NYK Energy Ocean Corporation (NEO).
