BaltNav, the Copenhagen-based freight company, is set to commercially manage a number of bulkers owned by Pioneer Marine.
The number of ships involved in the transaction was not disclosed by the private-equity-backed shipowner, which has a fleet of 16 handysize ships.
BaltNav, which already operates a fleet of about 15 handysize vessels, takes responsibility for the Pioneer ships with immediate effect.
