Global coal trade is expected to flatten in 2025, dragging down seaborne dry cargo volumes, according to Howe Robinson.
It forecasts a 0.3% drop in seaborne coal to 1.41bn tonnes this year, compared with 1.8% growth in 2024 and 6.6% in 2023.
