First shuttle tanker loading from new Norwegian oil field set for April

The first crude export from a new export project north of Norway is now expected to take place in April.

Last week, AIS data showed KNOT Offshore Partners’ 158,000-dwt shuttle tanker Bodil Knutsen (built 2011) alongside the Johan Castberg floating production, storage and offloading vessel.

But Kpler data showed the vessel left with no change in draft, suggesting no cargo was able to be lifted due to bad weather.
