A Norwegian fund manager has expressed disappointment with John Fredriksen’s sale of his major stake in Golden Ocean Group to CMB.Tech.

Norwegian business daily DN reported that Jan Petter Sissener, who controls Oslo asset manager Sissener AS, is “furious” that the Saverys family-controlled CMB.Tech will pay a hefty premium over the Golden Ocean share price at the time the deal was announced.
