Ocean Yield mandated Arctic Securities and Nordea to raise cash through a bond tap issue, adding to an existing bond series.
The leasing player engaged the two banks to investigate a potential tap of one of its outstanding senior unsecured bonds.
Net proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, Ocean Yield said in a statement.
