Sweden’s Furetank has completed its first bunkering of 200 tonnes of bio-LNG to meet new fuel regulations.
The company said it refuelled its 18,000-dwt chemical and oil carrier Fure Viken (built 2024) at anchorage outside Mongstad, Norway.
The deal was done with commodity trader STX Group and supplier Molgas.
