A federal judge has halted HMM’s lawsuit against Samsung Electronics in California as the South Korean giants continue their fight over shipping fees in Washington DC.
US district judge Fernando Aenlle-Rocha ordered a pause to the lawsuit until a decision is reached by the Federal Maritime Commission in the battle between South Korea’s largest shipping company and its biggest electronics maker.
