European Maritime Safety Agency (EMSA) boss Maja Markovcic Kostelac has called on shipping to get behind the European Union’s environmental ambitions as it faces uncertainty from policies in the US.
Speaking at the launch of EMSA’s updated European Maritime Transport Environment report, Kostelac said Europe had a strong opportunity to strengthen what she sees as its leadership position.
