UK lawmakers have raised concerns over the administration of Harland & Wolff’s shipyards and their proposed sale to Spain’s state-owned yard grouping, Navantia.
Harland & Wolff announced last week that its companies are going into administration, as part of the takeover process.
The situation seems to have taken the UK Parliament’s Defence Committee by surprise.
