Shipping tycoon John Fredriksen has lost a huge fraud case brought against the two top bosses at his trading and chartering company Arcadia Energy.
Fredriksen had been pursuing chief executive Peter Bosworth and chief financial officer Colin Hurley for 10 years over an alleged $335m oil trading fraud.
The two veteran traders worked at Arcadia until 2013.
