Shipping tycoon John Fredriksen is moving his private Seatankers Management operation out of the UK.
New rules axing favourable tax breaks for foreign nationals have been blamed for the decision.
Seatankers’ headquarters in Sloane Square, London, has already closed, Norwegian newspaper Finansavisen reported.
