The shadow fleet of tankers carrying oil for regimes deemed rogue by the US and Europe is continuing to grow despite increased levels of sanctions.
Shipbroker BRS said there are now 850 “grey” vessels operating worldwide.
Of these, 764 are of MR1 size or larger, an “astonishing” 13.8%
