The European Union has blacklisted 52 more ships involved in shipping oil, arms and grain in its latest package targeting Russia.
The measures announced on Monday are included in the 15th package of sanctions and take the total of vessels designated by the 27-nation bloc to 79, the Council of the EU said.
It said the measures are aimed at addressing the circumvention of sanctions by targeting the shadow fleet and weakening Russia’s military and industrial complex.
