Funds managed by Igneo Infrastructure Partners are buying out Morgan Stanley’s 50% stake in Norwegian LNG infrastructure company Hoegh Evi.
The regasification specialist said Igneo has agreed to buy a 50% ownership stake in Larus Holding, the 100% owner of Hoegh Evi, from funds managed by Morgan Stanley Infrastructure Partners (MSIP).
