Venezuela is defying US sanctions to ship increasing amounts of oil as exports head towards 1m barrels per day.
This is according to tanker movements tracked by Reuters showing that Venezuela moved out 974,033 bpd of crude and fuel last month, mostly to China, equivalent to a suezmax-sized cargo each day.
This is a level not seen since early 2020.
