The West African tanker market could be facing another shake-up as Ghana begins building a $12bn refinery.
The 300,000 barrel per day plant at Jomoro is expected to be completed by 2029, according to Kpler.
There will also be a 90,000-bpd petrochemical plant as part of the development overseen by Ghana’s Petroleum Hub Development Corp.
