Dubai charterer Adhira Shipping & Logistics (ASL) will move into bulker operating once it has got its London IPO off the launchpad.
The Pappu Sastry-led company manages the award of contracts of affreightment to shipowners and traders for African mining companies and has no ships of its own.
But this will change.
