Toro Corp has re-elected one of its three directors as earnings plummeted in the second quarter.
The Limassol-based tanker and LPG carrier owner said its annual general meeting confirmed Petros Zavakopoulos’ position on the board.
He is chairman and managing director of Cosmomed, a maker of medical and personal protective products.
