Geden Lines is seeking $7m from Glencore's shipping affiliate over the long-running saga involving an aframax tanker Glencore chartered from the Turkish shipowner.
Geden affiliate Space Shipping filed the petition in Connecticut court seeking the award it won against ST Shipping in London arbitration.
The case revolves around the 104,000-dwt CV Stealth (built 2005), which Space hired out to ST Shipping for a 12-month term from April 2014.
