MSC Mediterranean Shipping Company has signed a strategic cooperation pact with Chinese shipbuilder Hengli Heavy Industry, which is planning an IPO.
The collaboration will cover a wide range of areas including shipbuilding, engine manufacturing, ship repair and vessel retrofitting, according to Chinese media reports.
